Some negative things you can find at the work place or even on the streets are mostly anger, Jealousy and envy or even hatred.

While there is no justification for jealousy, hatred and envy, there could be a justification for anger towards you. It could be an innocent mistake from you.

As a worker or anyone at all, when someone is angry at you, you can find out why they are. Whether it is your fault or not, give them the benefit of doubt and apologize.

But if the anger is out of hatred, envy or jealousy, don't even bother. Just respect yourself and stay on your own, but you must not hate back.
Then again, there is a 'magic wand' that was prescribed in Proverbs chapter 21 vs 14 for genuine anger, it is a master stroke actually;

"If someone is angry with you, a gift given secretly will calm him down." Proverbs 21 vs 14 GNT.

I highly recommend that you try this with anyone who you know is legitimately angry at you. It will work.

Be it your Boss at work, your landlord, your wife, your husband, your neighbor, your child or your parent, a gift given in secret will do the magic.
