The only apology we want is for ATM machines to be dispensing new notes.

After two months hunger and starvation, compulsory sit at home n even death in some cases we don't want to hear anything about the old notes or any policy hiccups.

Just make the new notes available.

See how people are locked outside bank as if they are beggers just because they want to collect their own monies they deposited.

Did u do any studies in the impact of this so called policy on the lives of Nigerians before going ahead to implement it?

I seriously diunt

And u are apologising, to who if I may ask?

It is now clear this is the new normal unless the new government that will be sworn in by may 29 decides otherwise.

There is God o.

“It was published yesterday that currency in circulation is close to N1 trillion. CBN will continue to pump the newly redesigned currency into the market.

Yet banks can only pay 2000naira per customer in a day. There's definitely something wrong with this man. Where isxthe new currency that he is talking about?

Rubbish

Shame of a Nation!
The CBN governor played the Masses by deceiving us into believing that changing money at elections time and according to him and other wicked souls ,(it will reduced inflation and kidnappings),but failed to see the larger pictures of 200M Nigerians- who holds Money in Cash and kinds and whose interests should be more paramount and up till today, the Masses are suffering because:
- No Cash anywhere now afterall,Cash is the Engine of an Agrarian Economy like Nigeria!
- No Fuel-for a Country that the institutions like NNPC- has not made any significant impact than to suffer Nigerians by not having regular fuel ,etc,
- No light-the whole DISCOS is a fraudulent enterprise,as they have no clue on how to run the organisation,so Nigerians are in total darkness for 365- Days, yet comes around on monthly basis to collect and pressured the people to pay for darkness!
- As at today, many businesses are closing down, most POS, that supposed to be agents of Transformation in this Cashless Policy have folded up due to the grinding business environment.
- There is No Cash in the Banks and No ATM Services available anywhere -as many Banks have submitted their Old Money to the CBN,yet,New Naira Notes are not available!
•The Naira Redesign principles - was for you to bring e g 20K or your 50k ,even across the Bank's Counter ,then the Bank change it for you there immediately but CBN' Emefiele in Nigeria, started saying come today and come tomorrow- is that the agreement with the Nigerian Masses?
•Why should the CBN treated ALL Nigerians,as Politicians and till date , even the Churches- Pastors and their entourage, the Imams in the Mosques- are all silent for this graveious act against Nigerian People! May be they are still Champaigning and they have more cash in their hands !
So,Mr Emefiele that was fighting as a Presidential Candidate, with branded Vehicles, etc, played the People- including the LP and PDP Members that were so insensitive,by supporting him,not to know that he had a Political agenda!
Now that elections are over,we should ask them -How Is the Market Now?
We have money locked up in the Bank's Vault but no Cash! e g this morning,I can't even get N100 from 8- Workers outside the Office to give an Okade man! What a shame!
-Is this not Corruption too,in another dimension,as CBN is no longer accountable for the amounts of Money in the circulation and how much has been Printed and how much Cash is in Circulation today?
•Only the Finance Minister saw it very early and she objected to Emefiele's move abinitio and she refused to join the charade!
•Then Tinubu equally spoke against this wiked act!
•Ask yourselves- how many Politicians, Directors, Local governments Chairman,Ministers, etc ,uses the Bank ATM?
You people have grounded Nigeria to a halt, you want the Masses to clap for una, abi?
I beg make Una carry your Cashless Nonsense away! Confused People! People are really suffering in the midst of abundance.
Yet, nobody wants to be held responsible for anything, only to be speaking nonsense on Social Media,as if that is the food that Nigerians households are looking for at this juncture.
Very Shameful,indeed!
Truth have no further investigation!

So CBNs naira redesign prevented vote buying but couldn't prevent state rec buying and thug buying. Isn't that the most stupid thing? Why couldn't the naira redesign stop buying of state RECs and thugs?

When did it become the job of CBN to stop vote buying?

It is so sad that Nigeria is being ruled by the daftest among us. The court has already ruled that CBN infringes on people's right to private ownership of property by setting on how much of their money they can withdraw and how and where they are to keep their money, yet this Emefiele keeps pushing the same narrative and suffering people.

U need to understand the financial system. Cashless policy is not a Nigerian or alien concept it is done is most civilised nations to either prevent financal crimes and where they cannot be prevent they are traceable.

I assure u the program/policy was successful. Criminal transactions gave been traced.
