The management of DAAR Communications, owners of African Independent Television (AIT), has been given a 48-hour notice to evacuate a portion of the building where AIT/Raypower FM is housed in Port Harcourt by the Governor Nyesom Wike-led administration of Rivers State.

The notice was required, according to the government, in order to demolish the building and start work on the proposed Government Residential Area (GRA) Phase 5 in Ozuoba, according to a letter dated March 20, 2023, and signed by Mrs. Ebere Dennis Emenike, Permanent Secretary of the Rivers State Ministry of Works.

Hmmm... I sense another plots of giving Muslims the senate president seat. Are Christians now minority or marginalized?... one senator Jibrin Bauru from Kano north district claims he’s the most suitable and experienced and therefore his turn to attain the seat. Sometimes I feel the Christians are the problems of themselves cos of hypocritical attitudes amidst leaving loopholes. Just imagine Wike’s character amongst the rest that are also very selfish n greedy?.
