Have you wondered if it's possible to make fried rice without curry. I mean will the rice be green without curry powder, yes you can do it.
I just shared a recipe of how I make my rice green without curry, and if you must use Curry, it will be very little.
The secret is to blend some green bell pepper, chilli pepper, scotch bonnet pepper and spring onion together smoothly. Please note that you must remove the seeds from the chilli pepper, and remove the onion part of the spring onion.

It taste better than the one with curry. It has a better aroma too. Just try it out first. Curry is not what gives your fried rice a great taste,it's actually your stock and your vegetables that matters. Pay more attention on getting a rich stock from your protein, a well seasoned protein will give the best taste.
