This is the new song today, 25% of FCT Lol. grin.

Mind you Asiwaju will be the first Nigerian that will be president without a 25% at the FCT. He is called ASIWAJU by destiny. The first amongst all. acheesy

As well as the first Muslim-Muslim, President, Vice President based on competence and not sentiment.

The same ticket brought Tinubu and Shettima to Office. Hence if it is proven that Tinubu is not qualify to be president, it means the ticket is not qualify to stand for a presidential election.

Hence in that case, what happened in Bayelsa after the deputy of David Lyon was expose will be alplied.

Hence Tinubu and Shettima will be disqualify and sack from Office. Unfortunately, neither Atiku nor Obi presently had the constitutional requirement to be president.

Hence if neither of them can prove that he actually won the election, there will be a rerun between the two - Atiku and Peter Obi.

By then we will have an interim government led by the Senate President.

I hope you can now see how unserious you are.

Good day beautiful people.
According to the law. The president of Nigeria is the governor of FCT, hence you can't separate the 2 titles from each other.

What's the rule concerning been a governor of a state in Nigeria?; For you to be a governor, you must have the popularity votes and 25% in 2/3 of the state.

So now the question is, did Tinubu get the popularity votes and 2/3 of Abuja?, your answer is as good as mine.
That's why they said, "You must have 25% in 2/3 of 36 states and Abuja". For reference, check elections results from 1999-2019, all presidents got 25% in Abuja, why is Tinubu any different?
This case will be intriguingly interesting.

It says 25% of the 36 states including Abuja, making it 37, so two third of 37 states is what?

After the simple arithmetics, you can come back and tell us who won.

And at least 25% in Abuja also, making it a default 37 states, what is the difference?

Two third of 37 states is what, did Bola Tinubu achieve the threshold?

74 divided by 3 is what?

But the President elect, still received the mandatory 25% from two third of the 26 other states which the law requires?

So why are you still deceiving yourself, Tinubu already has the required number of states, he doesn’t need Abuja in this instance, he has met the requirements.

Please tell us what section of the constitution you are quoting grin grin grin

Where in the constitution did it say the President is the governor of the FCT shocked shocked shocked

Same section 299 down to section 301, appropriate the role of a state having a Govrnor and all its entities to the President who governs FCT via a minister.

There are 2 things you must have to become president.
1. 25% in 2/3 of the states and Abuja.
2. Popularity votes.
Tinubu didn't meet the required votes in Abuja. Hence the elections is inconclusive
No sir. The elections will go into a rerun because nobody meet the REQUIREMENTS to become president.
