One undeniable fact is that any yoruba ancestrial land not sold now will be sold later,...of curse,to the highest bidder, and the proceeds to the latest aso ebi and owanbe supermarket.
And later on your kinsmen will be running around pretending the likes of you don't exist while lamenting about being "hated for no reason" ...

I didnโ€™t o!

But you helped me to understand that the Government of Lagos should liase with interpol, South Africa ,Malaysia Uk, US, etc to revoke the C of Os of all international Criminals with Properties in Lagos irrespective of their ethnicity it would do a lot to clean up Lagos my brother

Lagos is so blessed that it doesnโ€™t need Crime money to thrive

Op you are right igbos have bought all the houses and lands in Lagos,we are planning to buy Lagos goverment house in Alausa.
We igbos will soon buy the sea and oceans while we send the fake oba packing out of his palace.
100% of those who lives in lekki, banana island, ajah and other posh and Behind areas of Lagos are igbos while yollabas now lives in akute, ajegunle, makoko and other slumish part of Lagos.
Before 2050,Lagos will be owned by we igbos cos we are buying up every where.
We would be the governor one day and the coward filthy yollabas will be relegated to their brown roof republic in Ibadan and ogomosho.
Proudly Igbo
Deleting this as it was apparently sarcasm. Too bad it's hard to tell that from genuine thing on here, so full of such arrogant boasting has the site become.

That spartaoflagos/spatialking is same as princeoflagos.the idiot is a f00ls who might not even knw the road that leads to Lagos,or probably those noisy gala and fanyogo seller who run after our cars to sells to our kids in oshodi traffic.
These thread will actually open eyes of some Yorubas selling lands/properties to these ingrates in Lagos or other yorubaland.if you wanna sell, sell to your fellow yoruba man who are in need of it.
I think the government should do something about these bale/baales selling lands to those ingrate foreigners(Canada as a case study).
Stop selling your lands

we stopped selling many years ago,and thanks for opening the eyes of the remaining gullible Yorubas.
Ibos who have lands/house in Lagos are not up to 0.2% of Lagos population.
Lagos housing cooperation door is always open for you to verify my claim.
Go and verify.

Hmm,buying land in Lagos is not a problem but you should know the condition attached to it. The condition of losing the land after 99yrs. The people that sold the land to you might have used it for 80yrs,when Lagos state come for such land there is tendency you can lose it.
Dont fight against govt, govt always have your balls in their hand.

You are right, but what business are the Igbos actually doing that's making them so prosperous?

For every one parcel of drug bursted, 19 others went through and that's your answer to the question. Make no mistakes about my point, there are Yoruba drug traffickers too but they are few in numbers compared and less crazy about Lagos landlordship. The north eats from ND oil well directly and access is by spiritual politics of soul donations so make no mistakes here.

Regardless we will preserve Lagos as our heritage. Owning property in Lagos is not permanent. The state government can reclaim your property as so deem fit necessary.

If we go very hard on criminals in Lagos, it shouldnโ€™t surprise you that 50% of these lousy developers are Kidnapers, harmed robbers, drug dealers, child traffickers and more. We will reclaim most of their ill gotten property.

So many yorubas that used to live in Lagos are now moving to Ogun state and Ibadan because they got broke and sold there houses and lands to Igbos and didn't plan well with the money so they became broke and moved to Ogun state , Ibadan and Ondo states.

The Igbos are buying up everywhere in Lagos and with the way things are going in this Lagos, Igbo man will be governor of Lagos someday because the yorubas are leaving Lagos in large numbers everyday because they could not compete with the young money bags of Igbo origin .

If you're a Yoruba man or woman in Lagos , ask yourself that how many Yoruba are living in posh areas and could pay rent comfortably in this Lagos ?

Yorubas are selling up there lands to the igbos and moving out of Lagos permanently to Ogun state and Ibadan .

So true.

My Fathers Ancestral lands are intact we donโ€™t sell them we pass them to the next Generations

But everything that was sold to Criminals with the Proceeds of Crime
in Lagos will be taken back

It is part of the Police and Governors duties

Lagos will Start fully cooperating with interpol US ,UK, Malaysia, India, South Africa, etc to identify Criminals who may be operating from Lagos
Or have interests there or even using Lagos to launder Crime money

There is nothing better than selling drugs to the sons of a supposed wise man, then use the proceeds to buy their house and watch them all wander about while they wait for a governor to liberate them.

WNDC(COCOA HOUSE) SHOULD BUY BACK THE HOUSES AND RELEASE THEM TO THE IGBOS.

FROM ORUNTO27 ORISAORUNTOSPEAKS.
That happened in BUHARINOMICS. TINUNOMICS SHOULD REVIVE AND REVERSE THE SYSTEM.

you reason like an idiot just ask your self how many yorubas can afford to buy land or house and develop it if not not Igbos the one you called gala seller it's obvious that a gala seller can afford millions to buy your ancestral home and you have the gots to call them gala seller as an insult rather than learning learning how to start small and think big like them

I quite disagree with this assumption. Please note that am not saying yoruba are not selling their houses to Igbo or any other tribes in Lagos but those building slated for sale are family houses due to disagreement with the children left behind by the real owner. Most deceased children are not interested in such properties again rather they prefer to have their own
