When Tai Solari mandated farms for students at Mayflower, some of us hated the school. Then universities started feeding us on small small change, we protested against bad and monotonous food. OBJ cancelled the damn thing. See us noaw, Abi.

Why can't universities do CRISP, Nuclear, History at the same time let Nutrition dept. handle foods production instead of Zimbabwe white farmers that ditch their country. Shey, wheat na local production since unable nor want eat agbado bread?

Yea it starts from somewhere but what is the fuss about bread production. They should have just sold their bread on campus low-key without the noise. FutMinna have been selling bread since 2010 if I can remember as an undergraduate and their was no noise about it really...

A whole Lagos state university cannot think of a better way to generate IGR for the school than bread… funny.

Even way before that. Maybe they repackaged it. Unilag Consult had it as far back as the early 90s. Those who grew up there should remember.

Some of those criticising this may not be able to make EBA at home .What is the essence of university? For learning of course, and who told you they are not into research and other stuffs. And I think there is a course call food technology , is that not a eye opener to who ever want to go into full bakery business in the future. Or you think bakery starts and ends with bread.
