The distance they ran to and the time they had to react wasnt given...so we cant be exactly sure...but let's just assume it's with the speed of light which is faster than sound

Force = Ma. Speed = Distance / time.

The time was 11am and both Manhood and Mbah applied a force of 100N to take off from the building and it took them just 10s to rush out to a distance of 2km away from the building. Therefore the speed of taking of is 2000m/10s = 200m/s
