Be informed and not deceived, you dont need to take the risk of travelling to ekiti state to get the form. the instruction is very clear in punch newspaper advert and the school website www.fuoye.edu.ng. go to gtbank access, uba, firstbank and ask to pay for the university post utme form through etranzact.

you will pay 2400 @ first bank. you will be issued a receipt with receipt number and confirmation order number. this is what you will use at the website for registeration. please disregard those parading themselves as agent on this forum and don't pay money to them or call their phones as you can get the form in pin with etranzact receipt at any of the bank branches nationwide. i did for my son i lagos where i reside and i have printed his form at the post utme link of the university website
