Hello Nairalanders, if you're a Nairaland user who misses the old color view of the site, you can bring it back by changing the contrast on your phone to classic invert. This setting, which can be found in your phone's accessibility options, will flip the colors on your screen to create a high-contrast display that makes it easier to read and navigate the site.

To change the contrast on your phone to classic invert, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open your phone's settings menu
Depending on your phone's make and model, you can find this by tapping on the gear icon in your app drawer or by swiping down from the top of your screen and tapping on the settings icon.

Step 2: Navigate to the Accessibility menu
This is where you can find the settings for changing your phone's contrast. Depending on your phone, you may need to scroll down to find this menu.

Step 3: Select Display options
Look for the option labeled "Display" or "Display options".

Step 4: Enable Classic Invert
Tap on "Color Inversion" or "Invert Colors" and look for the option labeled "Classic Invert". Enable it.

Step 5: Adjust other settings
You may also have additional options for adjusting the contrast of your screen. Play around with these settings to find the best combination for your needs.

Once you have enabled classic invert on your phone, you can enjoy Nairaland.com in the old color look. Simply open your web browser and navigate to Nairaland.com. The classic invert setting will be applied to the entire display of your phone, making it easier to read and navigate the site.

Keep in mind that while classic invert can be a helpful accessibility feature for some users, it may not be ideal for everyone. Some colors and images may appear distorted or difficult to recognize with this setting enabled. If you find that classic invert is not working for you, simply go back into your phone's settings and turn it off.

Overall, changing the contrast on your phone to classic invert can be a helpful way to bring back the old color view of Nairaland.com. Give it a try and see if it works for you!
