The United States chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has pledged to defend the mandate of Sen. Bola Tinubu, the President-elect of Nigeria, even from the Diaspora. In a statement released on Saturday in Abuja, Oyakhilome Bello, the APC United States National Youth Leader, revealed that the chapter had secured a permit to hold a peaceful protest on April 3 at Lafayette Park, South West Quadrant, Washington DC.

Bello explained that the protest was scheduled to counter the planned protest by some individuals who were against the emergence of Tinubu as the President-elect on the same day. He noted that the protest was also meant to demonstrate against anti-democratic forces that wanted to overturn Nigeria’s recently concluded presidential election and cause unrest in the country.

According to Bello, the protest was to show solidarity for the mandate freely given to Tinubu by Nigerians at the polls and to let the world know that he was the winner of the election as declared by INEC, Nigeria’s electoral body. Bello added that the APC USA Chapter, under the leadership of Prof. Adesegun Labinjo, its National Chairman, and Maryland Branch Chairman, Adeleke Lamoriyu, had secured a …

Some Nigerian idiots in America are protesting the outcome of the Nigerian elections in front of the white house to an American president whose victory was protested by similar idiots in America.... at least MAGA idiots didn't come to Nigeria to protest their own election.
