From the altercation he had before checking in (I don't even know why they allowed him to board with the way he was behaving before checking in) to the way he was sounding on the plane. The guy is definitely mentally challenged.

The police needs to be professional enough to at least let a specialist check him out.

Arrest, Arrest and Arrest in Nigeria of today.

The ruling class in Nigeria organised a HEIST called presidential election, and quickly appointed a very old and mentally handicapped man as winner of the presidential election, all in the ruling class' move to renew the tenure of its people in the apex political leadership of Nigeria.

Majority of Nigerians knew it was an election heist and rejected the appointed winner.
Nigerians never voted for the appointed winner in the ruling political party. Within 8 years, the ruling APC reduced Nigeria to become a country harboring the highest number of poor and hungry people on earth, as well as become one of the most terrorised countries in the world.
The ruling class uses threats of arrest and proper arrest of the opposition people.
Will the ruling class arrest, imprison or kill most of Nigeria's people to enable the ruling class use the old and mentally handicapped man to do what the class wants in Nigeria?

This one off me grin , he's indeed not well and honestly,that's the reflection of Obidients movement, they are mostly not well mentally, many of them are frustrated and depressed, I think they need help.

Mental incapacity does not absolve a treasonable felon, neither does it prevent him from spending days at the dungeon of the Department of State Services or the ground zero of police brutality at Awkuzu Sars station.

Mental incapacity is not a defence against trial. It is a defence that is used during trial to show reasons why the accused/defendant should be committed to a mental health facility instead of a maximum prison.

The law is designed to make society safe for APC , PDP and Labour Party members. A mentally unstable defendant who is set free without going through rehabilitation at a psychiatric ward poses more danger to his community than a lion that has gone astray.

From the foregoing and in the spirit of the law, I encourage the State to ensure that the Anambra man (who was arrested for a similar activity that makes America mourn 9/11) faces the law so that the learned Justices may decide to commit him to mental care or the prison where he ought to be .

TREASONABLE FELONY - WHAT DO YOU KNOW?

TREASONABLE FELONS OF NIGERIA ARE YET TO BE PUNISHED RIGHT FROM 1999.
Centrifugal pull on Nigeria started all over again beginning 1999 when the political and religious leaders of the 12 far northern Nigeria states raped Nigeria's Constitution through adoption of unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system.

Sharia criminal justice system includes stoning blasphemers to death, stoning women to death for adultery, cutting out the hands of thieves, among other harsh punishment systems.

The 12 sharia states literally drew the boundary for their new country but still clutch tight to one Nigeria because of proceeds from crude oil and gas deposits from the Niger Delta, as well as access to the Atlantic ocean.
Then president Obasanjo downplayed the treason and called the felons political sharia people.

In 2001, Muhammadu Buhari vowed before a large crowd of Muslim faithfuls in Kaduna, that he will not relent until Islamic sharia criminal justice system is applied in all the states of Nigeria.

Shortly after, Boko Haram emerged and says it's fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws. Boko Haram has been draining Nigeria's purse and draining Nigeria's soldiers. The difference between Boko Haram fighters and most of the sharia crimimal law mongers in the 12 sharia states, is like the difference between six and half-dozen.

One of the earliest demands of Alhaji Tanko Mohammed appointed Chief Justice of Nigeria by president Buhari, was for inclusion of sharia criminal laws in the Constitution of Nigeria.
Military dictators who supervised Nigeria's Constitution were mostly Muslims but refused to include Sharia criminal justice system in the Constitution, unarguably, because they saw it would cause chaos in a Nigeria of plural religious faiths.

Buhari presidency never stepped back from the agenda of Nigeria governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws.

The speed with which Mahmood Yakubu pronounced old and mentally handicapped Tinubu winner of the presidential election, in the ruling class' bid to renew the tenure of
its cabal in Aso Rock, speaks volumes.
Tinubu as president shall be like another of Farouk Kperogi's mannequin in Aso Rock, while the present cabal whose tenure is being renewed, continues with its business in Aso Rock.
The talks about arrest despite public indignation on the glaring deception and fraudulent process of the election, attests to the hidden agenda of the organisers of the election.

The people you point fingers to are not the cause of your problems in Nigeria.
