To ensure increased penetration of the use of cooking gas and its safe distribution in Nigeria, Smart Gas, a technology firm operating in the downstream sector, has launched a mobile app that connects Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) users to sellers in all the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

According to the CEO of QuickGas App, Emmanuel Muojeke, the app aggregates consumers, gas retailers and drivers.

“However, to consummate a sale, a client must sign up to place an order, a driver must sign up to accept the order and a gas retailer must sign up to sell products. These three players are essential on the app. Registered clients can place orders from any part of the world, home or abroad, but the delivery address must be Nigeria,” he added.
