That was in the past, currently the major problem with Africa is tribalism, ethnic hatred, one or more ethnic group inviting the white suppress another ethnic group, in order to maintain power, check across African countries it's always one ethnic vs another, one preferring to be a puppet to the white(western or Eastern powers) than see another progress.
