what about road worthiness?

vehicle registration consist of the following:
1. Certificate of Road Worthiness
2. Insurance
3. Proof of Ownership
4. Change of Ownership
5. Car Registration Payment
6. Police clearance(Not necessary in all states )
7. Tinted glass permit( if the vehicle has tinted glasses)- controversial
I classified all these under vehicle registration

The only documents you need as a buyer are basically 4.
1. Custom paper
2. Vehicle license
3. Proof of ownership/Allocation of number plate.
4. Purchase receipt or agreement between buyer and seller.

That's all you need to process your own registration and it's not necessarily the original copies, photocopies will do. You don't need the road worthiness or insurance because they're not transferrable to third party.
