He is ineligible to stand in court as counsel to Labour Party Ward 3 Benin in a suit against the national chairman, as he is currently counsel to Tinubu at the election tribunal.

The same Lamidi also has a case with LP.

Having a Tinubu lawyer heading a case in your favor against your party LP, conflicts the interest of that same party you claim to belong to.
