So many media houses both International and National have been reporting Donald Trump as a criminal involved in shady business deals though not convicted; so many reported Uhuru Kenyetta as a muderer wanted by the International Court of Justice; even current President Ruto of Kenya is still been reported as a criminal involved in the murder of business partners in land deals; President Ramaphosa has been accused of criminal breaches in his business dealings including the massacre of some miners; italian Silvio Berlusconi reported criminal accusations and cases are overload . I can go on and on....

Even Peter Obi was reported amongst those involved in criminal financial breaches listed in the Pandora papers scandal.

Unless there is a clear conviction, all these are a waste of time.

The Futility Of The Political Desperation Of Peter Obi Against Asiwaju Tinubu - Politics - Nigeria

Bringing up the case that President-Elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was fined $460,000 for "narcotics trafficking" in 1993 by the U.S District Court in Illinois will not stop him from being sworn in as the new President and Head of State of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Commander in Chief of the Nigeria Armed Forces by the grace of Almighty God next month, 2023.

There is no law in the Federal Constitution of Nigeria that prevents the qualification of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu from contesting the 2023 presidential election.
If he was not qualified for public office, he would not have been elected as a Senator of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and also later elected as the Governor of Lagos State for two terms of 8 years.
