Guess why Mahmood Yakubu of INEC contravenned the Electoral Act, disactivated the iREV Portal of INEC that should have taken up loaded presidential election results; assigned Tinubu the winner, assigned Atiku runner-up; and hurriedly pronounced Tinubu winner of the presidential election in the middle of the night.

Police, Army, Navy, Airforce, Customs, Immigration, NSA, DSS etc are from the North. This is in poor taste and is a terrible version of nepotism. You can exclude the SE all you want, but Buhari destroyed the country and you all are happy so long as the SE is excluded.

I will soon stop discussing on this platform, as a lot of comments here are written by mostly primitive and unevolved people. Put succinctly, NL is the meeting point for the lowest in mind of society.

I wonder what Femi is saying. An approach or appointment that did not yield expected result. Hundreds of people have lost their life prematurely, so what's the merit behind such lopsided appointment for eight years going. Femi Adeshina is a funny man, he will see the truth so apparently, instead of saying it as it is, will rather twist it to suit his narrative. Kulikuli wasn't like this when he was with the Sun Newspaper.

The air force is not headed by a northern.

There is no law that says security appointments must circulate.. it should be by merit..I am not defending Buhari's choices but many of the northerns he appointed to head Various security agencies have performed very well..e.g Buba Marwa, Former chief of Army and air force, the former IGP of police and many more .. the agencies or force these men lead have transformed far better than what it use to be

Yes insecurities still exist.. no one dispute that..but most times criminals don't get away with all of their crimes like they used to..

You should not be bothered about where they come from.. I am Igbo ..I have no benefit 8f an Igbo is the army chief.. the key thing is who ever is appointed does his role well..
