Before you can obtain Nigerian passport, Nigerian Immigration will issue it. Also before you can obtain UK visa, you must do fingerprint and criminal background check, and its done by Nigerian Police.


How did they get these private details of Peter Obi to procure a UK visa in Obi's name and other details if Nigerian authorities aren't involved? I am just curious
