So in a recent interview with Seun of Channels TV, former Lagos State Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola agrees Bola Ahmed Tinubu has a dual citizenship as exposed by one of Nigeria's top investigative journalists, David Hundeyin, who recently exposed Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Guinean passport.



In this trending but shocking video Raji Fashola, a law graduate and an acclaimed Senior Advocate of Nigeria stutters as he claims that having a dual citizenship is not a crime in Nigeria and does not disqualify a candidate from being elected as President of Nigeria. Seun tried to correct Fashola a lawyer by profession and a SAN yet he couldn't realize he had goofed on a national TV



It is so shocking that Fashola a law graduate and an acclaimed SAN don't even know what Nigeria's constitution says.

obanikoro is an American citizen with an American passport , contested under this same 1999 constitution, an issue like this was brought against him to disqualify him and the court dismiss the case, but anyone that is not satisfied can just go to court .

The English is very simple and not hard to understand, I have said it that those who swore to defend the constitution will do it , how does that translate to a military coup. If ipob that wants to pull Biafra out of Nigeria outside constitutional provision is stopped , how on earth does that translate to a military coup. The problem is not really about Tinubu having dual citizenship but lying in his filled documents presented to INEC by not ticking on the box indicating if he has dual citizenship and also stating such country!
Such offence is referred to as perjury and attracts 14 years imprisonment in Nigeria!

This one is defending Tinubu once again to get huge positions in government. So so unfortunate in Nigeria politics.
