These people keep trying Nigerians. . . .Dem go soon hear am!

They won't hear anything. Nigeria is basically a lawless kleptocracy, so I assume that any criminality/illegality is possible and will attract no blowback.

It is void and scrap able since it is NOT official and NOT declared by INEC.

Let them feel how LP is feeling .

Did LP come close to winning anything?
LP are a bunch of daydreamers who are so blind that they can't see that even if election is conducted 200 times,Obi will still lose because he will never get enough votes from the NW,SW and NE. How Obi expected to win election by winning SE and SS only is beyond my imagination.

they want to create another Supreme Court governor right before our very eyes, while is that woman so desperate to be governor, its alleged that the REC was offered N2bn to rig her in, but fintri should not go to any tribunal , if it enters tribunal he would lose to her cos she's backed by " people in Abuja " he should counter the suit by suing inec, APC, and Aisha for subjugation of his mandate , That ur company printed Ballot papers is not a must that u win d election, one person's selfish interests cannot and will not be allowed to prevail on millions of Adamawa residents, nobody is going to be forced down the throats of the eletorates

The unfortunate thing is APC is by this show of shame giving more filip to those who believe the presidential was rigged. They just don't know when to stop.
This sham has polluted the entire process and I doubt if any good can be salvaged

Binani won the election free and square on ballot until Fintiri and PDP played her dirty by rigging the last two local governments shamelessly. She learnt from the first ballot and decided to also play them dirty during the supplementary. What we now have is a legally complicated messy election as a result of all sides playing dirty.

This is the law! INEC has the power to do what they did yesterday

By virtue of Section 65 of the Electoral Act, 2022, INEC can now, within 7 days, review results declared by a returning officer under duress or where such a declaration was made contrary to the provision of the law, regulations and guidelines, and manual for the election. This is without prejudice to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction or election tribunal to review the decision of the returning officer.

Go to court 🤣

It's really annoying... The desperation is too much... Must she be governor?

Now, she's asking INEC to retain her and the other party to go to court, can you imagine? As you said, let Finitri not go to court o, else "o ti lo"

Inec will do the needful by announcing governor fintiri the winner of the poll today or tomorrow and you will start ranting and wailing as usual. Governor Fintiri will be declared the winner by the special Grace of Almighty God by Inec

A Federal High court in Abuja had restrained INEC from tampering with the declaration of Binani as the governor elect.

The federal high court should as well issue certificate of return to her. Maybe the court will issue her certified true original copy of the C.O.R. Honestly, the judiciary is one of the problems we have in Nigeria
