Many people are not aware that there are a lot of slums in very rich neigbourhoods in Abuja and they usually are hidden in plain sight. Whether it is Maitama, Asokoro, Gwarinpa or wherever, these slums exist.

I visited one of such slums in Abuja to see what it looks like.

It’s not weird, the difference is those slumps in Abuja, the owners don’t want to sell them and they can’t force them unlike Lagos if u no wan sell them go use thugs and them Omo onile collect the land from u by force, so people will rather just sell it than, loose it without gaining nothing from it, that’s why there will always been some slumps around those estate in Abj cause the owner never get money to upgrade am and dem no wan sell cause them know nothing appreciate more than lands in Abuja

then you dont even know lagos, every posh estate on the island has their supoorting slum , Lekki phase 1 has, Banana Island get, Chevron get, Ikota get , Ikate get , even recently i ran into a growing slum somwhere in Eko Atalantic city

That one small nah go to Kubwa, dutse and other places in Abuja Municipal Area

Anywhere in Nigeria you find Ibo settlements expect to see this filth repeated over and over and over. If you want to remove this filth, clear Ibo out of that place.

Abuja is a place you'd have rest of mind.. moreover the FCTA is currently demolishing some parts and removing structures across the Capital city.

There's no how you'll have 100 percent fine city except you want to deceive yourself.. where would the hustlers go? if you go to court and lose, what would you do?
