We have always questioned which of the three levels of government is most to blame for the hardships and sufferings that Nigeria as a nation endures.

Is it correct to state that our governors truly have the best interests of the people in heart after this assessment of Okowa's huge severance, which is currently making the rounds on the internet?

Okowa is entitled to a fully furnished duplex in Delta State or any other state in Nigeria, as well as medical treatment for himself and his immediate family, two vehicles per year, including a utility vehicle, two armed police officers, and one Department of State Security official.

15 days of annual vacation in any location of his choice, as well as additional incentives. Similar benefits are available to the deputy governor.

The law stipulates that ex-governors receive allowances and other perks valued at N50 million each year.

Okowa was once a medical doctor

Funny. I don't think these guys see poor Nigerians ( who are the majority) as humans.

I mean, how can the minimum wage be 30k with this inflation?

And you earn in millions, steal billions, without feeling any guilt about it.
Pathetic in a way. cry

Poor Nigerians deserve every single thing happening to them. They are servants and shall remain so!

They live large while in office and continue after retirement while their people wallow in poverty. The various State Houses of Assembly share the blame for passing such laws that give governors more wealth even after living office.

About time we said it.

Nigerians are the problem not the leaders they like to blame.

The leaders are only a reflection of the state of the society.

Were even inec adhoc staff I.e. nysc staff also not corrupt during the election. RECs were also corrupt....so yes you are right.

Delta son and daughters are in lagos and social media more worried about SANWO-OLU, TINUBU and LAGOS.

Like lagos, this state has been ruled by PDP for 24years and receives the high allocation in the country's. While he is going backwards lagos is developing at a great speed, but Deltans are more worried about lagos

Read your post once more, and evaluate your brain shocked

Have you been to Asaba before
At least five of twenty people you meet in Asaba are Yoruba people.
You people should come out of shells and travel. Then you will understand that your people are here like our people are in Lagos.

Useless government, when it comes to providing security, they claim they are not the commander in chief, but when it comes to looting they suddenly becomes the commander in theif.
