I thought the case was supposed to be between NURTW and MC Oluomo the chairman of the new Lagos Parks and Garage management. RTEAN is a different Union to NURTW.

MC Oluomo was sacked from NURTW and the NURTW no longer had operations in Lagos State.

RTEAN members wear a Yellow t-shirt and Trousers with Headquarters in Igando while NURTW wore White and Green with HQ at Agege.

So am guessing the Governor suspended all Transport unions in Lagos bother NURTW and RTEAN so RTEAN took the Lagos state Government to court.
