Swollen Testicles In My Two Years Old Son by Senioreddy: 11:08pm On Apr 18, 2023
Good evening dear fam.
I have a two years old son. He recently celebrated his two years birthday. Just this evening I and my wife noticed that his testicles and scrotum is swollen. It was my mother
Inlaw who first noticed it then but it wasn't this big as at then.
He doesn't really feel any pains.
What could possibly be the issue here and what's the possible solution.

Please I need your advice.

Thank you.

I don't understand. Your baby has a swollen testicle, and you think coming to Nairaland to ask faceless users the solution is a good idea? So if I give you a solution, you'd actually apply it on your child? Come on, bro. You don't need anyone to tell you that the right thing to do is to take him to a hospital. Please, take him to a general practitioner or a pediatrician. They'll recommend a specialist if necessary. Hopefully, it's nothing serious. It could be hydrocele which isn't really a serious problem.

All the best!

It's important to take this seriously and seek medical attention for your child as soon as possible.

There could be several reasons for the swelling, including infection, injury, or a hernia. It's best to have your child examined by a pediatrician to determine the cause of the swelling and the appropriate treatment not by coming here for solutions as here has no solution as you would be causing more harm.

In the meantime, you can help to alleviate any discomfort your child has by avoiding tight clothing or pressure on the affected area.

Please do not delay seeking medical attention so the conditions don't get worsen over time.

Good morning sir.
Thanks for the advice. However the family concerned already plan doing that as they've been booked for Thursday.
Just wanted to know if anyone has had similar experience with their kid(s). You know the parents are kind of scared and worried
