The disparity is too much.. a graduate in Federal service earns that low while his/her colleague in the private sector earn x3 if not more. Funny thing is that some staff in Agencies created by those workers earn far better than them, up to x5.

I know they wanted to implement the Steve Orasanye report and harmonize the structure and salary of public servants. Time don almost reach for handover.
