Labour Party is merely the second petitioner.

Now, there’s nothing in law that says that if 2 petitioners bring a case to court and one of them withdraws then the case is dead. If Lamidi “Babalowo” Apapa withdraws the case on behalf of Labour Party, the case will still go on in Peter Obi’s name.
