I don't believe this herdsmen narrative, it may have started as herdsmen but it has been hijacked by criminal elements. It is either there is a terrorist militia that have not been named or criminal locals are perpetrating this crime. A case study is the southeast, they claimed it was herdsmen but it now clear that the crime is being perpetrated by locals. I pray their new governor will get to the bottom of this barbaric killings.

Well you need to look at the name of that commanding officer again. He was just like a plant that grows in a place were it is not wanted (weed).
