Was it Tinubu that invested state public funds in a beer business that he was also a significant private investor?

Was it Tinubu that domiciled state public funds in the same bank that he previously served as board chairman and for which he still had equity shares?

If Peter Obi did these in the US, he would be impeached and prosecuted.
