Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos.

Salary Range: Salary will be between 100,000 to 120,000 (based on experience)


Job Responsibilities.

• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging contents daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos) including graphics design for product and brand promotions.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Preferred Skills and Educational Requirements
• Minimum of HND.
• Must have Basic knowledge of laptops
• Hands on experience in content and social media management
• Must be able to create graphics contents.
• Expert at leveraging social media analytics to improve performance and impact.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram etc.) and how they can be deployed.
• Microsoft and Google suite savvy.
• Excellent communication and customer relations.
