Is there any products that are not fake in Nigeria? I don't think so, from cloth we wear, to food we eat, to drink ( alcohol or juice), even to the medicine we take, the fake products are just too much in Nigeria circulation.

Most especially the medicine we take, mehn reasonable number of those tablets are just chalk. That has killed lots of people without knowing.

Whenever I see guys bragging about how they spent big amount in one of the big clubs in Lagos, I only laugh them, the annoying part about those big clubs, their most expensive drinks are the most fake products. People have indirectly consumed poison all in the name of buying expensive drinks.

When I was still hustling in the street of Lagos, there is this guy that was staying in the same building with us, the day I heard where the guy was working, I almost collapsed.. Where?

Fake brewery company. Yes you heard right, they produce anything from malt to Guinness, Star, 33, name all the beers self. As at then, the guy has been working at the place for 5 years. Imagine how many fake of their products have been consumed, are in circulation?

The war about fake products in the new administration is going to be big to the extent that any fake products manufacturer/marketer who resist arrest would be shot at sight.

Bro, walahi I am not exaggerating I don't think there is any foreign products in Nigeria that there are no fake of it..

A boy back then was hawking fake Eva water in traffic, they collect the plastic with the cap, they have someone who produced them the Eva labels, they only need to fridge the water, pour inside the Plastic bottle, add label and seal the cap. That's anyhow water.

How about Akara seller mixing Elubo( flour mills) all in the name of making extra profits which the combination is not advisable medically .

It's more like our health sector and regulatory body have totally collapse

Go to average Nigeria abbatoir, go to average Nigeria bakery, you will almost stop eating food, don't even let's talk about the street food seller who are not regulated in any ways.

In other countries, pharmaceutical store is something operated by professionals not just anybody.. The Nigeria case is so damn disastrous, you will someone who did not even complete secondary school not to talk of studying medicine would be recommended prescription of drugs, like wtf.

Our health sector is in big dilapidated state

The first thing they should fight is the fake degrees, fake school certificates, fake and compromised election, fake bishopery, fake economic policies where ports in certain parts of the countries are frustrated so that particular state can have monopoly, fake gdp statistics, fake population statistics, fake electoral statistics from under aged voters, fake federal structure, fake drugs, fake food items, fake and adulterated drinks, fake academic qualifications, fake electoral dividends.

Even Nigeria appears more like a fake country.

When they say life is not all about money this is what they meant. They are things far more valuable than money.

One of them is the safety of our food and drinks.

And the people who ensure these safety are priceless, no amount can be enough to pay them.

Food, drinks and medicine in Nigeria are not regulated at all. I mean at all

Our span year is reducing yearly because of the listed above which we pay no attention to.

I really don't know why some of you people can't stick to the topic without swerving. We are discussing about fake products, don't bring election nonsense on this thread.

Read rule 1 properly.

If you don't have any meaningful contribution to the topic, stay one side and learn.

Me I believe it's something which affect us all which worth to discuss about

Hopefully Tinubu will start fighting Fake from his southwest Nigeria

First clear all Agbo sellers

Secondly all Oluwole in Ibadan ogun and Lagos .. many of them have package

Next is those mushy alcoholic drink industries in ogun and Lagos without nafdac

Consider all those medical drug products manufactured in Lagos and Kano with fake nafdac

All those Jedi nonsense must be eradicated .. many have died drinking other’s imagination

God bless nigerian

Bro, ignore those people. Their aims is to derail the thread deliberately and you are falling for it.

Is this thread not about something who affect all Nigerians? Ask yourself why they are not interested in discussing about it if not something fishy and meaty..

Someone mentioned this to me last year.

Most produced/processed items in the market are fake. From drinks, tubed products eg toothpastes, etc

Although there has been some activity against fake pharmaceuticals.
