Pros
Support: The have a telegram channel, in-app chat and email. You'll always get a response (if you are lucky).

Card: its previous MasterCard it disabled works on all platforms I tested. Even on Apple payments.


Cons

1. App always updating. Every time you open the app, it always has an update to install and to be reloaded.

2. No prior announcement before disabling major features. As in the case of the MasterCard.

3. You cannot defund. You are expected to put a sum you can use until its finish.
They disabled MasterCard and introduced a Visa Card with a $5 opening charge immediately but many users complain the sums in their MasterCard haven't been refunded...including mine.

And since only them can defund, defunding sums in the MasterCard they disabled is taking over 72 hours.


4. Doesn't really receive sums worldwide (uses Flutterwave payment system so user must be logged. And Flutterwave doesn't work in many countries...eg Pakistan).

5. Not all sums transact successfully. In fact, there are too much complaints on this.


6. Frequent logouts and difficulty to re-login.

They started out good but as expected of most overhyped fintech apps that disappoint their users (eg Barter by Flutterwave), they've started misbehaving.

Yeah I agree. They've been misbehaving quite a lot. They bring out updates for the app every eke market day, it's tiring. I applied to get a foreign bank account, it's been over a month now and I haven't gotten anything where as they advertise you get one in 2 days.*sigh*

I only jumped on them because I heard elon Musk's starlink was using them too. Hopefully they will prove soon.
