Airpeace should be nationalised. If our govt had any modicum of sense, they'd make airpeace a national carrier just like Brisith Airways that is not owned by the UK but has been the UK national carrier. Maybe buy a 15% stake in the airline for security purpose but back the man with political will to access the global airspace. Birtish airways used to be owned by the British government.(it was once called Imperial airways, then BOAC, then British Caledonian). It was privatized in the 1980's, and made into a successful concern by one good British CEO (who did the same thing with Emirates when his time with BA was up.).

Also, nationalizing airlines....is not good for the airlines themselves. Chief Onyema is doing a good job. If the government has to take over Air Peace, it would be if Air Peace is losing so much cash that it needs urgent help...and that would be after it was first offered for sale.
