In case you don't know each of those vehicles has a monthly budget for fuel (1m+) and service/repairs. Add the daily allowance of the over 20+ DSS and Police on the convoy. Add the physical cash inside the DSS vehicle behind the governors car in case oga want to spend or share cash.
