P/H To Be The Business Hub And Political Capital Of SS&SE by OsunOriginal: 11:05am On May 05, 2023 |
Gradually, P/H in SS is becoming the political and commercial capital of SS and SE. The visit of Tinubu to P/H and the unveiling of Akpabio as the next senate president is the beginning of this. The real infuse of physical and economic development will follow. 1 Like 1 Share |

Someone will stay in a cave in Osun and be forming an opinion about a region he does not know the name of a single street. Aba is the commercial nerve center that traders from Rivers, Bayelsa and Uyo flock to buy goods. It is ridiculous to assume Akpabio becoming a senate president will change that. Goodluck Jonathan being a president did not affect that, and you think a senate will change it. What babablu reasoning 20 Likes |

Another attempt to divide the old Eastern region. Set them off against each other and allow them finish themselves. In the end, Rivers, Cross Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Edo and Bayelsa people still import their goods from Lagos, and sometimes, Kano Their oil Wells develop Ogbomosho more than Warri. Wike will be flexing his muscles on the people of the SE, meanwhile his chains are on his neck and ankles, even if they are golden ones, his only differenceis that he lives in the Palace, while others lives in the fields. 3 Likes |

MasterJayJay: If only you knew the level of hatred, bile and envy these Tinubu followers and their Fulani hegemonic accomplices have for the Igbo, you will realise trying to change things for the better using gov't institutions that are rigged by them in their favour is a waste of time! They have this sick notion that for them to be seen as 'progressing and doing well', they have to hold the Igbo down and prevent a level playing field that would enable all progress at their own pace using their own resources! Notice how these two groups joined hands to carry out the biggest electoral heist Nigeria has ever seen since independence? They don't necessarily like each other, but one thing they have unanimity on (and this is driven by greed, lust for power, hate and religious extremisim) is that the Igbo should be economically and politically held down and prevented from accessing the kind of gains and benefits from 'one Nigeria' that they have appropriated for themselves since 1966! When i tell una 'one Nigeria' is a joke taken too far, you can now begin to understand my position! 15 Likes 2 Shares |

In the nearest future, I just hope Akwa Ibom can have a seaport. Then, we can service Ph and Aba, then connect with them via rail. SE/SS have the ability to become a powerhouse if they work together 2 Likes |

Until Ibom Deep Sea Port is approved by the federal government the same way Lekki port was approved, all this aligning with the south south by the leadership of the APC doesn't move me. I have understood Nigeria too well by reading her history dating back to 1940. 1 Like |

OsunOriginal: Lol, a drug lord visited an outgoing governor and boom P.H becomes the capital of SE and SS. Dumbo, the people in these regions are in a healthy competition to be best among themselves unlike those in the slum region that want to die on top of Lagos. We have beautiful cities all over SE and SS, such as P.H, Owerri, Uyo, Enugu, Calabar, Asaba etc. Why not go and reclaim your slum dwellings and make them livable for human beings? |
Re: P/H To Be The Business Hub And Political Capital Of SS&SE by SOSinNigeria: 10:04am On May 06, 2023 |
waynetee: STFU! It's Igbos that bring the car parts to Ibadan. They bring them from Ladipo and other motorparts hubs in Lagos. Motor parts are cheapest in three places in Nigeria, i.e. Nnewi, Lagos and Aba. Most of you from that side of Nigeria lie without sense. SMH. |

successmatters: That's something they fail to understand. The only city in SW is Lagos, the rest other settlements are just slums. Even slums in America and Europe look far better than what these people call cities in SW. |

SOSinNigeria:emeka but your people will rather embark on 12hrs journey to cities like ibadan, otta, ore, sagamu just to sell okrika in hold up. Walai and sure another hundred of “God is good, peacemass” are on their way to SW today. If your backward cities are eldorado, why can’t you stay put for there . Meanwhile this is onitsha slum, the best city in iboland after dubai
