Robert Bourgi acknowldged in French media that he was the man carrying suitcases full of millions of Euros  donated by some  african head of states to many  French politicians.  Villepin ( Former French foreign minister), Chirac,  Blaise Compaore, Abdoulaye Wade, Compaore   were named in this scandal.
That is why on September 14 ,2011 many africans  from Gabon, senegal, ivory coast,  Guinee,  Nigeria, cameroon,etc. showed up  at the Unesco Building in Paris  to protest against the fleecing of Africa.
