If Tinubu likes let him buy all of them. He must return that mandate by fire by force. He can run but cannot hide. We cannot be ruled by a drug baron and serial thief. Justice must be served.
. Bastard. In next 30 years Igbo will never seat on that powerful seat in Aso rock. If you think that tribunal will favour Obi then you must be a slowpoke.

The Case will be delivered within 180 days from the filing day.
What I am waiting for today is the next hearing date.
Because today can not determine anything about the Case.

There is need to profile them and put all lights on not only them but also their families.

The judiciary must recognize the fact that it is no longer business as usual.
We are not going to allow the usual hanky pankies.
The evidences and facts on the cases are too loud and clear to be ignored. And only the truth will stand. We pray God give you all the boldness to speak and do the right thing do as not to set the country ablaze.

All eyes on the judiciary.

These are the issues on ground.

1. Bola tinubu's drug case and $460,000 USD forfeiture.
2. 25% in FCT.
3. Forged certificate.
4. INEC breaking her laws .
5. Shettima's double nomination.
6. Election rigging.

the panel has no business with the drug case, forged certificate, and others. They are only saddled to look into the results of the last presidential election.

Keep deceiving yourself, you already has a biased mind. Only fair judgement to you is for court to declare obi winner, anything outside that, the judgement is not fair and you will begin to abuse the judges from top to bottom. Most of the cases had been determined before, a layman that is conversant with court judgement knows obi can't win and even if there is going to be rerun; obi can't be part of them. So, what i expect you to begin to do now is to begin to gather vocabularies of words to use to abuse the judges, Tinubu, Buhari and Nigeria

Na so Dem be. We know it'll end in insults on the Judges las las. Lol 🤣🤣🤣

Anyone who thinks that the president will be removed and asked that a new person be sworn-in or another election be held is living in an illusion. The one and only way Tinubu can be stopped from ascension to presidency is death or probably be stopped by the court of law. This is totally different from governorship election petition where another election is held or a governor removed. In Nigeria when presidential election is held, and a winner emerges, whether the election is free, fair and credible or not, nothing can stop the president from ruling except death. What many don't know is this: Obi himself knows he will not win in court, no matter how good his case is, but he knows he needs to be in the news so as to keep his supporters and to give them hope for the next four years. Unless Tinubu is not sworn-in, he will do everything to ensure he wins in court if he sees that the supreme court judges will not do his bidding, intact he will give anyone of that who wants to prove stubborn compulsory retirement, and that is what any incumbent president will do.

The most important one no lawyers or judges anywhere in the world can wriggle out from for an alternative to reaffirm Tinubu as president-elect. INEC clearly explained that its votes transmission systems got a computer glitch.

It's regrettable to say that the Judiciary arm of government is the worst arm of government Nigeria have ever withnessed

They have yet this mandate to deliver the right justice however, an opportunity to redeem the sector or mar it before Nigerians.

Justice well served doesn't and cannot please everybody but beyond the reasonable doubt let's hear your conclusion as fear as pure to your integrity.

Goodness!

What a line of argument to hold🤦.

So you are saying that INEC that is supposed to be an unbiased and impartial umpire, has right to unilaterally change the guidelines for the conduct of the election that they have already issued to contesting parties without letting the parties know of the change in rules?

It’s like saying that because the referee is the chief umpire of a football game, he can decide, mid game, that every handball would be punished with a red card in total disregard for the rule of the game that has guided previous football games. Does that make sense to you? And do you think the outcome of such match will stand?

Mynd44
Nlfpmod

The guidelines were fashioned after the electoral act. INEC cannot violate the electoral act, but can modify her guidelines so long as it is in conformity with the electoral act. The electoral act is specific on how results are to be collated. Download from IREV is not the bases for collation of results. IREV is just for public view and a nice to have under the electoral act. Hence, forcing the use of result from IREV is even in contravention of the act. Surprise?

The Nigeria constitution is a mess. Kenya delivered their Presidential election petition judgement in 14days. Why should an election rigger be sworn in when the case has not been concluded? Very unfortunate. Nigeria needs a great leader to turn the whole mess around. The rot is too deep and unbelievable...only an extraordinary corrupt-free courageous leader like Peter Obi can change Nigeria and place it on the path of greatness and prosperity.
