Why not allow INEC to explain that to the court why it have to go against the amended and signed electoral Act by itself or are you APC guys INEC spokesmen?

Even INEC itself put out a public announcement to dissociate itself from mischief makers thinking otherwise, yet you are trying with futility as has been the way of APC to fight against electoral reforms and democratic processes in order to defend a fraudulent mandate for the most despicable criminal ever seen on earth.

TRASH......how did inec go against amended constitution? Or do you mean to say transmission of results is a constitution provision? If this is your thought, better run away from here. Kids are not needed here. RU'BBISH

Good one fergie001.
There is need to profile them and put all lights on not only them but also their families.

The judiciary must recognize the fact that it is no longer business as usual.
We are not going to allow the usual hanky pankies.
The evidences and facts on the cases are too loud and clear to be ignored. And only the truth will stand. We pray God give you all the boldness to speak and do the right thing so as not to set our country ablaze.

All eyes on the judiciary.

These are the issues on ground.

1. Bola tinubu's drug case and $460,000 USD forfeiture.
2. 25% in FCT.
3. Forged certificate.
4. INEC breaking her laws .
5. Shettima's double nomination.
6. Election rigging.

Keep deceiving yourself, you already has a biased mind. Only fair judgement to you is for court to declare obi winner, anything outside that, the judgement is not fair and you will begin to abuse the judges from top to bottom. Most of the cases had been determined before, a layman that is conversant with court judgement knows obi can't win and even if there is going to be rerun; obi can't be part of them. So, what i expect you to begin to do now is to begin to gather vocabularies of words to use to abuse the judges, Tinubu, Buhari and Nigeria

Obi is not interested in the case but just to make things work right, let's see how the court will clear Jagaban of all the charges so that we officially confirm that Nigeria is a useless place.

Obi is already doing well he win or not he can still live his luxurious millionaire life.

But you and I are the once that will be trampled upon.
Yet you are there bad mouthing.

LET IT BE KNOWN TO THE DISTINGUISHED JUDGES THAT:

A. THEY ARE EQUALLY ON TRIAL.

B. THEIR INTERGRITY AND FUTURE OF THEIR CAREERS ARE AT STAKE.

C, THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING AND WAITING FOR THEM.

D. NIGERIANS ALREADY KNOW THE TRUTH AND WILL NOT TOLERATE LIES OF ANY FORM.

E. THEIR CHILDREN AND CHILDREN CHILDREN WILL REAP THE FRUITS OF THEIR ACTIONS.

F. ALMIGHTY GOD, THE JUDGE OF THE WHOLE EARTH, WHO JUDGES EVERY HUMAN WITH EQUITY WILL JUDGE THEM INSTANTLY.

NIGERIA IS GRATER THAN ANY ONE PERSON AND NO ONE IS MORE A NIGERIAN THAN THE OTHER.

As the Presidential Election Tribunal begins hearing today, may God grant the court and the judges the will to deliver true judgement according to the true mandate of majority of Nigerians. Amen.

If Tinubu truly won, let his mandate remain with him. (Amen).
If Atiku won instead, let him reclaim his mandate. (Amen).
If Obi won instead, let him reclaim his mandate. (Amen).

Let somebody say a louder AMEN!

I say big Amen. This is a sensible talk, let God truly reveal who won the election, not the one compromised process and select their preferred person, and made the announcement while people are sleeping.

This tribunal is just a waste of time except it's outside Nigeria's judicial context
Re: Profile of the 5-man panel at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal by 2T215: 1:59pm On May 08, 2023
After reading through this, I sincerely feel a number of persons are out of tune with reality. The heavens will not fall down if Tinubu losses. Not at all! As to your postulation that OBI is trying to remain relevant, I doubt that. With the prayers raised in the petition, I am not sure it is about relevance-it is about Justice. Let Tinubu be sworn in and lets see how he will destroy the judiciary and kill the judges to defend his mandate. Some lessons will be learnt; sad as it may be, in a very tough way.

Vintage100:
Anyone who thinks that the president will be removed and asked that a new person be sworn-in or another election be held is living in an illusion. The one and only way Tinubu can be stopped from ascension to presidency is death or probably be stopped by the court of law. This is totally different from governorship election petition where another election is held or a governor removed. In Nigeria when presidential election is held, and a winner emerges, whether the election is free, fair and credible or not, nothing can stop the president from ruling except death. What many don't know is this: Obi himself knows he will not win in court, no matter how good his case is, but he knows he needs to be in the news so as to keep his supporters and to give them hope for the next four years. Unless Tinubu is not sworn-in, he will do everything to ensure he wins in court if he sees that the supreme court judges will not do his bidding, intact he will give anyone of that who wants to prove stubborn compulsory retirement, and that is what any incumbent president will do.

Except if what INEC violated about their guidelines is in the new electoral act, if not na dust bin petition.

Inec is an independent body which can make decisions on their own. If there proposed guidelines won't work effectively, they have the right to change it as an independent body without consulting any one .

Modified- To those shouting Prof Yakubu said this or that, INEC is called a body for a reason. The decision making lies on the Inec body which Prof Yakubu is part of and the chairman.

Prof Yakubu can't force his opinion on the body. All the decisions was made by the body not Prof Yakubu personal decisions
independent body yet they're been funded by the government yet elected officials can appoint and sack them abi

Who asks him to make it work as applied to this context if not for his selfishness? So, if court declares him winner, he wouldn't accept it because is not interested, right?
