That is the truth.

If citizens becomes very hungry. . Anarchy will still break out.

Govt needs to reduce its leakages first, open the borders and try to work on refining.

All these governors and big politicians already siphoned millions of dollars for their families. . Animals.

Removing the subsidy now is not feasible. . that is the hard truth that the rich class dont yet see. .

Even any monies that accrues from the removal will still be siphoned and stolen. . and multiplies into more sufferings for the poor masses.

GEJ did not remove subsidy. What he did is what every government has been doing, that is increase fuel price.

The day they remove subsidy you will know because there will be no fixed price announced. Market forces will be the one determining prices.

APC is a made of clowns. Goodluck Jonathan removed subsidy but APC ganged up with their benefactors to sabotage the economy of Nigeria. They held Nigeria under ransom till Goodluck brought sudsidy back.

Now same clowns are talking about subsidy removal. Even Buhari once said there is nothing like subsidy, but he has been spending trillions for 8 years on subsidy he believes does not exist.

8 years has been wasted. If they allowed Goodluck to remove subsidy, they won't be talking the babablu bulabu they are taiking now.

Very 2 sided. If you are fickle minded they will lead you into trouble and still criticize you when the result of their advice happens.

Very few people remember that even the GSM was criticized before it came to fruition. We were hearing things like they want to kill NITEL so that they can get walkie talkie only the rich can afford, etc.

Once you are sure you know what you are doing, just be bold enough and do it. That is what makes you a leader.

I remembered Sanusi advising the govt to take a phase full approach in subsidy removal.
There's no president that would outrightly remove subsidy at one go, and considering the already economic Hardship Nigerians are facing, you think it would be an easy decision for any president to take??
Nah, never.
Even those criticising and supporting the motion would most definetly come out to criticise the govt in the end.
Nigerians are very 2sided in talking.
I'm sure we all saw how even he elites were changing faces during the cashless policy implementation.
