Do you know if he had an athroscopic surgery (which is very likely)? How many hospitals in Nigeria do arthroscopic surgeries? Certainly not most of the government hospitals like LASUTH. Even the few private hospitals that may be doing it in Lagos may not yet be very good at it.

Falz is not bound to have his healthcare done in Nigeria. He made his money as a private individual, not as a public official. It's just like if he goes for vacation abroad and people start criticising him and asking why he didn't go to Obudu Cattle Ranch and all such.
