You are correct. But if APC had good results, they would have posted them too. APC did not do well. So, they resorted to manipulations before making the results public.

And if you do a mathematical computation of the results, the the total votes did not tally with the votes of each party when you add them. This is because, the manipulations were done in a hurry.

They even have to prepare some states results ahead of the election. This is evident in two states having exactly the same results. And Ekiti state results was seen uploaded in a server four days before election.
