Honestly the only ways to end this fulani herdsmen madness is to start full state Policing and also make it legal for farmers and communities to own very armed vigilantes and forest guards who will be armed fully by the state government, community effort and individual donors. If these lanky cowardly Fulani terrorists try to attack a community and get repelled and lose at least 70% of their militants in single attack, they will be forced to retreat.
