Another Rocking Chair policy. It oscillates but leads nowhere. Our leaders are fond of modifying or changing designs without commensurate increase or legislation on quality. NCC should have concentrated their efforts in ensuring that these network providers give quality & affordable services for both Voicecalls & broadband. 13 Likes |
