Peter Obi is a loser. He has no business getting ahead of Atiku Abubakar in the appeal process. He came third in the general election results. Atiku Abubakar was second---raising questions about Peter Obi motive in his court appearance. The 1999 constitution of Nigeria is very clear on what should happen if no winner has emerged after votes count in the election. For the purposes of those who might not have read the constitution on the event no winner after votes count in the election, it states that where no winner has emerged, the top two votes getters, shall be selected for runoff election.

Peter obi ought to have read the 1999 constitution to know his rights under the law. He is not going to win this appeal process. The rationale for his appeal is dumb founded, if not, pure stupidity. He needs to withdraw his case, ASAP.

I think apapa is a greedy man cos if after 20 years yet nothing came out from the party,then.whats the need of being the chairman,after all no be say they go ignore you now...so now we are fighting godfatherism again see baba e doesn't even have strength sef,he's very old but doesn't want to let go I just tire for my country naija. Good day to everyone on nairaland. Pls i want to use this medium to appeal to all nairalanders to help my uncle out. He has stroke for over 3 years now. He is currently recieving treatment and therapy at General Hospital, Kubwa, ABUJA.

The sickness has really drained his finances over these years. Currently he has been asked to purchase some drugs which cost 95,000 naira.
