In case you don't know, the PDP candidates in Abia State have got a hint of the ground upon which Alex-Otti can be disqualified unless if their list reached INEC before the 30 days deadline.

There seems to be a comprehension issue amongst these kangaroo judges.
There is a huge difference between:

a. No later than 30 days
b. 30 days before...

That aside.
Why would the plaintiff even file for a hearing on the candidature of Kano LP, when LP didn't even come close to winning the Kano guber elections?

Any person who knows anything about the law should have understood that a Federal court in Kano lacks both personal and territorial jurisdictions to entertain a case coming out of Abia State. And yet, it's being reported all over the media in Nigeria that a Kano Federal Court judge had nullified the election of Imo State Governor, Mr. Otti.
