I wouldn't advise anyone to buy an S10 today. Two reasons for that, it's a bit old and they would struggle with battery capacity. I know this because I own one. Also, the S10 available on the market is the US variants. While they are supposed to be the "desirable" variant, they have locked bootloaders meaning you cannot install non-Samsung OS on them. With an ageing phone, sometimes it is desirable to install Custom ROMs like LineageOS or /e/OS to debloat the phone and save on battery life

Today, I easily earn a very tidy sum that will enable me buy land in Lagos rather than these backwaters. Land is an investment only if it can make returns easily. All these locations you mentioned cannot earn revenue of ₦1m a month with a ₦250k investment
