That one is inner street, but look a major road in Abeokuta city center. Brown roof plus brown major road. Is Abeokuta less Capital Worst part is that no inner streets at all. I have discovered that SE has best inner streets connectivity

I'm neither from Oyo or Anambra so my review is unbiased. Anambra beats Oyo hands down in development. Swallow your pride before you choke on it. Anambra has Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi, Ekwulobia, Ihiala, as free standing cities with bustling economies. Asides from Ibadan where development is centered around the cocoa house, challenge, mokola, dugbe, and UI where else? Brown roof is a sign of backwardness and no matter how hard you argue until that brown roof goes off, it's a pity that Ibadan won't be able to contend with other cities. I once saw a thread where someone was comparing Ibadan to Port Harcourt, and with What Wike has done with the place, it's an insult to PH to share same space of comparison with IB. Rest. Lagos is the only developed city in South West, and perhaps Ogun because of Agbara. Suck it up.
