The 1999 Constitution is a fraud, a forgery foisted upon Nigerians and it brings about a dangerous and wicked constitutional arrangement that is the source of miseries, and is the enabler of genocidal violence against Nigerians for Fulani land grabbing. These are FACTS.

In the video broadcast mentioned above and link below, this is the core message of what NINAS says to Tinubu and Obi:

NINAS now expressly invites both candidates Bola Tinubu and Peter Obi who must now surrender their so-called "mandates" and reinvest same into the Union Reconstruction imperative, the Transitioning to rework the constitutional basis of Nigeria.

We invite Peter Obi to surrender and reinvest that mandate that is now in controversy back into the liberation of the people.

What do we mean?

The same way Peter Obi announced that the Constitution was not the problem, if he is on the side of the people that have been tormented under this Constitution, he has to come publicly and say to the hearing of the whole world that the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria as imposed is the problem that needs to be solved.

The election has happened. Everybody saw that Peter Obi won the election but he has to by himself, surrender that mandate now for the purpose of addressing Nigeria's constitutional anomaly.


On the same count, we invite candidate Tinubu who knows the truth about what the problem is because he was in NADECO so there's nothing we need to explain to him in all of what NINAS is saying. Because the Conveners of NADECO were the same Conveners of PRONACO….

The countrywide consensus against the imposed fraudulent 1999 Constitution now needs to be enforced to wind down the operation of this Apartheid Constitution imposed by the invading Fulani.

Tinubu must now stand with his people or stand with the enemy. If he wants to stand with his people, he should by himself surrender the mandate from this election, and reinvest that mandate in the task of liberating his people.
