It boils down to cost, for example the bird nest stadium in Beijing (since we're comparing to Asia) cost $423 million (296 billion naira). which government/private body in Nigeria will spend such amount on a single structure. You can have fancy designs in your system (laptop) as a Nigerian architect but if they're not funds to build it (Nigeria), it'll not make it to reality. Don't know if you get what I'm trying to say

My respect for Nnamdi Kanu would have been to the heavens if he had concentrated in tackling the governors of his state so that Abia State would be used as a yard stick in good governance and dividends of democracy. Then, his fight for Biafra would have been embraced easily even beyond South East as people could point to the great achievements Abia State had made.
