Service Advisor

Position: Service Advisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Permanent


Duties and Responsibilities
* To contribute immensely to the growth of the Autocare services and enhance the income base of the organization.
* Ensure that the vehicle is well detailed and changed parts are neatly arranged in the booth.
* Ensure final release of the vehicle after completing Quality Control certification.
* Sending daily report of all outstanding vehicles to the GM.
* To Assist in coordinating activities of Service Advisory unit
* Maintaining high Level of Customer Relations and promote Autocare 24/7 business
* Follow up on Customers to ascertain due satisfaction is derived from our service
* Any other job assigned by the Managing Director and General Manager
 
Qualifications & Requirements
* Candidate must have 3-4 years’ experience in an Automobile industry
* Aged must be within 27-37 years of age  
* Must be a Graduate in  Mechanical Engineering
* Candidate must have good communication skills
* Candidate must be articulate and have eye for details
* Must be a Good team player
* Previous experience in an Automobile industry is an added advantage
